The life you experience is a direct result of the mind you fill. As you think and believe you witness and experience. When your mind is right, your life will follow. The key to ensuring your life falling into place is to make sure your thoughts and beliefs match your desires. You cannot be fearful about something and expect your experience not to contain fear. You cannot be peaceful in your heart if your mind is full of anger, and or fear. You must see and "feel" your desires in your mind in order to experience your desire. Like mind +like beliefs= like experience. The equation is simple...
Everything you encounter has a message for you, but only you can truly receive it....Do not discount the simplest of experiences, good, bad or indifferent. Awareness allows you to pay attention to the smallest of details. The messages and lessons of life are not always easy to see or understand, but with a little mindfulness, the code get easier to decipher.
Stress is just a byproduct of not accepting what is happening in your life. In order to eliminate stress, you must accept all that is happening and go with the flow. If accepting something is not an option, you must investigate to see if you can change or alter the experience so it can be accepted within your own comfort level. If you cannot accept it or changed it, you must leave it..... We always have a choice to remain, change or leave...To do nothing is also a choice but you must own the misery and insanity as a result.

The only thing to fear is fear itself! Fear stops progress and keeps old belief systems in place. Change is the mother of Fear for most people. The Fear of change is so strong for many that it keeps them clinging to an unfavorable environment because of, if only, its familiarity. Fear can only create more Fear! Fear is only a story....A story of what you think "might" happen based upon your "own" filters of perception. What fears you, doesn't necessarily fear others.... Because of this, Fear can only be an individual story. The best way to change Fear is by not feeding it with mental storytelling.
All change is purposeful and necessary. Change allows for awareness and growth even if you do not initially understand the reasoning. Change is not about moving backwards, but rather, it's about progress. Change offers contrast to what is known and exposes what yet is not healed. The progress of change is witnessed when you extract the needed wisdom and "allow" what cannot be changed. The "Fear" of change is the blindfold that impedes progress by holding onto things that need to be released from. The process of change is not always understood at first, but with time, the reason for change becomes clearer. Change is the process of evolution and is the only constant...the least you resist, the quicker you grow.
It's important to be mindful of your choices. Everyone experiences moments that have the potential to mentally linger...but it's always an individual choice on how long it's allowed. Your continued reactions to life will either bind you or set you free. You have a choice within every moment to sit in your own dirty diaper of mental thought or change it. The rash that may develop depends on the amount of time you choose to sit in your own mental 💩.
Focus all of your thoughts and energy towards your desires..."not on what you fear!" Holding a strong belief that the "good" in life is always finding you, regardless of your current experience, is the surest and most direct path to witnessing your desires. Your thoughts and beliefs must be in direct alignment with your desires in order for them to manifest. You cannot expect to witness the goodness of life if your mind and beliefs are fearful and limiting. As you believe, you will witness! Choose to believe good things are on the way and dismiss any contradicting thoughts. Align your mind with thoughts that feed your dreams and watch them grow!

The later perspective holds a victimized energy that grows the ego unnecessarily and doesn't allow the window of growth to open. When you understand that life's events are happening for you, to help you grow, the veil of heaviness is lifted. Always ask, "what can I learn from this?"...it will help shift your energy to allow the healing to begin.
Worrying is an easy cycle to get caught inside of, but as you know, what you focus upon grows. Do your best to project the thoughts and feelings of your desire rather than what you fear. Only you can choose the affect of lingering scars from your past. The events of life hold no emotional value until you alone assign one.You always have the choice to allow the duration of your story to be indefinite or temporary. You also have the choice to allow the events of your life to hinder and constrict you or release and grow you. The emotional scars of your past can be displayed for all to see or they can be consciously removed. It will always be a personal choice.

Peace is a space of understanding that you are in control regardless of any outward disturbance. Peace is praising the life you have... rather than condemning it. Finding Peace is witnessing Heaven on Earth...
All too often we direct the majority of our thoughts, when facing change, on the fear(s) of what could go wrong. A better path of thought is to focus all of our energies on the positive possibilities that lay ahead as a result of the change. Our direct experience with life is greatly shaped through the thoughts and beliefs we choose to create and hold onto. It's important to give ourselves the best footing when stepping forward towards change.
